All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific transaction.

You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use payment accounts that belong to third parties. Deposits found to originate from third-party payment sources may result in account suspension and return of the disputed funds pending investigation.
Players may withdraw their available Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and has been previously used for a deposit to the account, or has been verified as belonging to the account holder.

This may include requesting government-issued identification documents. Bonus Balance amounts cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before a withdrawal request can be submitted against those amounts. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
og77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if, in og77's reasonable judgment, the Player has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the wellbeing of other users.
Upon account suspension or termination for cause, og77 may withhold and forfeit any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance held in the account, pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a Player acted in good faith and no Terms violation is confirmed, any withheld Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may also voluntarily close their og77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntarily closed accounts will have any remaining verified Real Money Balance returned to the Player after satisfying any applicable withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus Balances are not returned upon voluntary account closure.
